Club Rental is available to members only. Below is a summary of club rental information and associated fees. The rental contract which includes this information is available for download in pdf format at the bottom of the page.

RENTAL FEES INCLUDE: Use of Club, kitchen, paper goods, and Bartender(s).

The Club is never rented out in its entirety; members are always welcome to be here.

Any Club Rental shall be by a Member Only. We do not rent to the general public. The sponsoring member must be present for entire function. Said member will be responsible for making sure that everything is cleaned and returned to its proper spot. All guests are sponsoring members’ responsibility. The rental of the Club is for personal use only, corporate and business rentals are not permitted, unless approved by a board vote.

Corkage Fee: $ 5.00 per bottle

The Club’s Liquor License is in use, therefore, all alcohol must be served from behind the bar. All Club rentals are on a cash bar basis. Anyone wishing to have an open bar must pre-arrange with manager.

All Club Contracts must be paid in full prior to the event unless pre-arranged with manager.

All plans for functions must be discussed with manager prior to event.

Contract must be signed by sponsoring member and manager.
